"Your company handled the initial phase of the restoration at my residence starting July 10 (Sunday) and finishing on July 16th. My initial point of contact was Linda who’s name I received from my insurance carrier of 45+ years, USAA. I sustained significant water damage from a break in a pressurized line in my upstairs bath. Within 3 hours she had a complete crew at my home to start cleanup process. The crew chief was Robert Coates. It was Robert’s wedding anniversary. For the next several days he and Jose, Juan, Carlos, and/or Juan Carlos in combination worked diligently to put my home back together again. There were 27+ plus large fans and dehumidifiers working 24/7 for four days. On the final day Linda came by to work me through the final stages of their efforts.
Their work effort and commitment to this project was excellent. The days were long and hot. This was not an enjoyable period in my life. However they were efficient and keen to please me.
